I would like to download a number of files that can be found under a http link which is always the same — just the number at the end changes. VWget does work, I am using it right now to download from a folder deep within a hos with no index. You do have to use the right settings, it took a couple of goes, the first 2 times it tried to download most of the domain lol. Not multi threading yet if ever , but still a very good option.

I think that in Firefox the user will see pop-up that asks what to do with file download or open for each file separately. Bottom line: this solution will look good in Chrome only. Viewed 1k times. Don't get it. Why is this bad? So that user won't need to unarchive it. That could be a reason. But it sounds strange. I feel that if I download a file I would not accidently download files.
That would really surprise me. I am not much of a programmer. Don't know what you want actually but that's how things often are here. Java and Flash do it at client side like embedded download manager. Server side provides each file by itself. Add a comment. Active Oldest Votes.
